CFSE: Capacity Building Support Program

Objective

This program provides additional support to the grantees of the 2026-2027 Collective Fund for Social Equity. Only these organizations can apply for an additional grant as part of this program.

In the context of widespread precarity and burnout in the non-profit sector, FGM emphasizes an anti-oppressive approach to capacity building. This approach aims to enhance organizational resilience and create equitable, empowering working conditions where individuals can thrive.
