This fund supports the Théâtre de Lac-Brome (TLB), a non-profit organization and multidisciplinary performing arts venue that is dedicated to promoting the performing arts by offering diverse, ambitious, and engaging programming for audiences of all ages. It contributes to the vitality of the cultural sector while enhancing the well-being of the community.
The investment fund will allow the money raised through the Théâtre de Lac-Brome’s 2024–2028 major fundraising campaign, which has a goal of $5 million, to grow. At the heart of this campaign, $4 million is earmarked for creating an endowment fund, an essential lever for ensuring the TLB’s long-term financial sustainability. The income generated annually by the investments will create a stable, recurring source of funding, reduce the organization’s vulnerability to fluctuations in earned revenue and grants, and provide lasting support for its artistic and cultural mission. The fund is thus a cornerstone investment for preserving the Théâtre de Lac-Brome and enabling it to continue its mission for the community and for future generations.
