The issue of Internet and computer access is particularly challenging for our population TLE must adapt its services to address the immediate needs of members of our community in need of basic education. As well, tutors will need support and training to gain the comfort and confidence to develop new digital literacy tutoring practices. Teaching and learning with mobile technology can be powerful—but learners need Internet access, the right resources, training, procedures and supports.
