The mission of the Fonds Suzanne Lamarre is to encourage any project to be published in scientific journals aimed at establishing a culture of participation with self-correction in the management of interpersonal and organizational problems in families and various living and working community and institutional environments. The fund also aims to encourage charities close to the heart of Dr. Lamarre.
This is how she explains her motivation to create her fund at the Foundation of Greater Montréal :
« As a psychiatrist, I have always counted on the continuous improvement of family contexts. The continuous improvement of organizations is just as important, by relying on self-correction to avoid rigidity. »
