At the moment there is a portion of the population that is not only vulnerable due to isolation, but also have not been able to transition to online services or get the help they need to perform daily tasks due to low literacy. Ordering prescriptions online, applying for the emergency relief fund, placing a grocery order on the computer, online banking, are tasks that can be daunting and/or impossible for a portion of the population.
