Great news on Quebec’s philanthropy front: Épisode, a consulting firm known for its expertise in philanthropy and community investment, the National Bank, the Foundation of Greater Montréal and Léger are coming together to produce the sixth edition of the Étude sur les tendances en philanthropie au Québec.
“Thanks to this alliance and for the first time, the Study will be provided free of charge to charities and businesses that wish to better understand the philanthropic market and donation patterns in Quebec. It will be the largest study of its type to be distributed for free in the province,” said Daniel Asselin, Épisode’s president.
In addition to studying donor behaviour by generation, the Study’s sixth edition will shed light on men and women’s donation habits, preferences and expectations.
“We are very pleased to be a partner in this study, which is a major tool for the community,” added Yvan Gauthier, president and CEO of the Foundation of Greater Montréal. “It should, among other things, provide a better understanding of the philanthropic tendencies of women and cultural communities.”
The sixth edition of the Étude sur les tendances en philanthropie au Québec will be released in November 2018.
