The Fonds Nature Action
Se donner les moyens de protéger la biodiversité
The two Fonds Nature Action (one philanthropic fund and one managed fund) support the mission of the Nature-Action Québec (NAQ) organization, which is to guide individuals and organizations in the application of best environmental practices. Through the creation of those two funds at the Foundation of Greater Montréal, NAQ pursues many goals at once: to make long-term investments in order to secure its capital, but also to create a source of income allowing it to manage the land it owns for conservation, in perpetuity, in accordance with the best practices.
As NAQ reminds us: “The biodiversity crisis demands long-term financial investments that are commensurate with its magnitude. Our funds will do so.”
