We will need 2 additional job coaches for 6 months to help the workers: 1) adapt to the changed safety/hygiene protocols, including PPE, social distancing and hand washing, 2) adapt their former skills to new production guidelines, particularly around the distribution, execution and collection of work, and sharing of space, 3) adapt to the demands of staggered shifts.
