But their philanthropic engagement — be it through monetary donations, volunteer efforts or direct support to people in need — often goes unseen, unappreciated and undocumented. That is why the Foundation of Greater Montréal (FGM), in collaboration with the Quebec Black Communities Observatory, has undertaken this edition of the Vital Signs series of reports.
