Guy Mushagalusa Chigoho g\u00e8re depuis 2014 l\u2019Espace Mushagalusa. Cette galerie d’art et centre culturel montr\u00e9alais est d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise en valeur des collections et des cultures africaines. \u00c0 son initiative, l\u2019Afromus\u00e9e est n\u00e9 en 2017. Cet organisme \u00e0 but non lucratif a pour mission de \u00ab conna\u00eetre, reconna\u00eetre et faire conna\u00eetre l’Afrique, les personnes africaines et afrodescendantes, leurs cultures et leur h\u00e9ritage vivant \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Ce lieu culturel proposera des rencontres interculturelles, des programmes \u00e9ducatifs et des expositions mobiles. De plus, une collection de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ainsi qu\u2019une plateforme en ligne seront disponibles. Cette derni\u00e8re permettra de faire d\u00e9couvrir et donner la parole aux t\u00e9moins de l’africanit\u00e9 sous toutes ses formes. En 2021, par l\u2019entremise de son fonds Ad hoc, la Fondation du Grand Montr\u00e9al<\/a> a soutenu les projets de d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019Afromus\u00e9e \u00e0 hauteur de 10 000$.<\/p>\n
