{"id":1538,"date":"2020-10-04T12:01:48","date_gmt":"2020-10-04T16:01:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fgm.atypicweb.com\/?post_type=temoignage&#038;p=1538"},"modified":"2021-11-22T15:47:01","modified_gmt":"2021-11-22T20:47:01","slug":"chamandy-foundation-fund","status":"publish","type":"temoignage","link":"https:\/\/fgmtl.org\/copieprod\/notre-impact\/histoires-inspirantes\/chamandy-foundation-fund\/","title":{"rendered":"Chamandy Foundation Fund"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>C\u2019est \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, en 2015, que la fondation familiale Chamandy a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le quotidien des enfants et leur offrir la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un meilleur avenir.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre 2018, afin d\u2019accroitre leur engagement aupr\u00e8s des plus jeunes, Amel Chamandy, pr\u00e9sidente et Tiffany Chamandy, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la <a href=\"https:\/\/chamandyfoundation.org\/french-bienvenu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fondation Chamandy<\/a> ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 un fonds philanthropique \u00e0 la Fondation du Grand Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La Fondation Chamandy s\u2019engage \u00e0 soutenir les enfants dans toutes les sph\u00e8res de leur d\u00e9veloppement\u00a0: \u00e9ducation, droits, lutte contre la pauvret\u00e9, sant\u00e9 et bien-\u00eatre.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s 2019, le fonds Chamandy Foundation Fund distribuait 825\u00a0000$ de subventions \u00e0 des organismes r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 ces besoins. \u00c0 ce jour, leur fonds a d\u00e9j\u00e0 octroy\u00e9 plus de 3 M$ pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les projets subventionn\u00e9s, plusieurs r\u00e9pondent aux besoins rencontr\u00e9s par les jeunes en situation d\u2019itin\u00e9rance. Le soutien \u00e0 l\u2019organisme Dans la rue, notamment, permettra de leur offrir des soins de sant\u00e9 mentale mais \u00e9galement d\u2019organiser un forum sur la pr\u00e9vention \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des jeunes sans-abris ou en situation pr\u00e9caire.<\/p>\n<p>Merci \u00e0 la Fondation Chamandy pour son investissement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des jeunes du Grand Montr\u00e9al, dans toutes les facettes de leurs r\u00e9alit\u00e9s et de leurs d\u00e9veloppements.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1539,"template":"","meta":[],"class_list":["post-1538","temoignage","type-temoignage","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.4 -
